According to the Wyoming Beef Council, beef is a Billion dollar industry in Wyoming and there are way more cows in the state than people. In a report from beef 2 live.com, there are approximately 2.18 cattle for every person in the state. That ranks 5th on the people to cattle list in the country.

We've all heard that beef is what's for dinner, but do you know what to look for when choosing that beef?
