High Wind Warning Issued For SE Wyoming Wednesday

The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning through Wednesday evening.

The service posted this statement on its website Tuesday evening.

"A High Wind Warning has been issued for the wind corridors of southeast Wyoming from 9 PM MST this evening until 8 PM MST Wednesday. Wind gusts up to 60 MPH can be expected along I-80 near Arlington/Elk Mountain and Vedauwoo/Buford, as well as along I-25 near Bordeaux between Chugwater and Wheatland. Be prepared for hazardous travel conditions for light weight & high profile vehicles, including camping and travel trailers."
