The days are getting sorter, and much colder. Yellowstone closed its doors for the season with upwards of 12 inches of snow in areas around the park. Wyoming residents have also had to start scraping their windshields this week.

Even so, most Wyomingites aren't quite ready to admit that winter is here (or at the very least, well on its way) and might just throw on an extra layer instead of paying an outrageous amount of money to turn on the heat. Even the heartiest of Wyomingites will eventually submit to the harsh winter conditions, though.
