In-N-Out Burger Buys Colorado Property for New Location

Get ready food lovers, In-N-Out has purchased land in Aurora to build the first Colorado location.

The California-based burger chain has purchased the property at 14150 E. Alameda Ave for $2.3 million dollars, according to KDVR.

The property sits on the outskirts of the Aurora Town Center Mall and was once home to a T.G.I. Friday's restaurant.

In-N-Out Burger is an American fast food restaurant with locations primarily in California and the Southwest. It was founded in Baldwin Park, California, in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder.

Here are the In-N-Out locations proposed for Colorado:

• Aurora: 14150 E. Alameda Ave., at Town Center at Aurora
• Lakewood: 150 S. Wadsworth Blvd.
• Lone Tree: 9171 Westview Road, near Park Meadows mall
• Fort Collins: 1700 S. College Ave.
• Colorado Springs: The southeast corner of InterQuest and Voyager parkways
