It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Summer! Here’s What’s Happening In Cheyenne

Greetings and salutations! Summer in Southeast Wyoming has finally arrived(frantically checks window to make sure there’s no snow). What a long strange trip it’s been these past few months without me supporting your adventures in the area(I missed you, too).

But, we’re back. I’m back, we’re back together, and we’ll be updated with all the fun that comes to Cheyenne. We have a killer Fridays on the Plaza lineup to look forward to. Hell on Wheels is about to fire up the chuck wagon, beer festivals, world food festivals and more are on the way as well. Oh, and let’s not forget that small event that happens in late July. It’s been a full 6 months, so forgive me, the name is on the tip of my tongue...Oh yes, CHEYENNE FRONTIER DAYS!

Now that we’re back on a good standing, let’s se what’s happening in Cheyenne this week.

Legally Blonde: The Musical

That’s right, starting off with one of my favorite groups in Cheyenne, Cheyenne Little Theatre. They work really hard year in and out to bring some great shows to the Atlas Theater, and this time, the Mary Godfrey Playhouse. This is a pretty big musical that has been around for a bit, so it’s exciting to see it make it to Cheyenne. Show times are Friday and Saturday at 7pm and Sunday at 2pm.

Western Vista’s Food Truck Rally

This has been a great event every year, and a great way to get out and enjoy some of the area’s best food trucks. The fun kicks off today at 11am and goes on until 2pm at 1920 Thomes Ave.

Creedence Colorado Revival

Live music is heading your way Saturday with Creedence Colorado Revival at Horse Palace Swan Ranch.

The Archer is going to be bustling this weekend with Showdown In Cheyenne, this livestock event will kick off Saturday and run through the weekend.
