The Cowboys averaged just 1.5 yards per carry and Evan Svoboda tossed a costly fourth-quarter interception that ended all hopes of a comeback. If you're looking for a bright spot -- aside from those aforementioned takeaways -- John Michael Gyllenborg snagged five passes for 137 yards in this latest setback. The big tight end also hauled in a 63-yard touchdown strike from Kaden Anderson in the dying seconds.

Apathy is setting in for some fans on the world wide web. Outright anger is getting the best of others.

Wyoming is now 1-6 in Jay Sawvel's first season at the helm.

SECOND HALF:

Jason Ferguson It should be very easy to recruit a quarterback to Laramie. The next QB who throws for 300 yards in a game will have a statue built of him outside The War the next day.

Ron Weltmer Noone more frustrated than me but go easy on the 19-22 year olds that are trying. They dont want this way worse than we dont want this. I can appreciate the passion but if it was your kid…… Keep the concerns focused on the adults.

Jerry K. Walker I'll give you an example of a school hiring the right guy after searching. UNLV was a complete dumpster fire and then hires Barry Odom who completely turns the Rebels around in his first year there. Now they are 5 and 1 this season. I know it's different to recruit there than Laramie but I believe it could be done with the right people at Wyoming. Just my two cents, I'll take my AD hat and see myself out.

The atrocious quarterback play The awful play calling The soft/bland zone scheme of this defense Only 7 points off 4 turnovers No type of leadership from a real head coach It’s just bad. I’m so sick of losing. And even when we did win we were never better than 6-6. Don’t we deserve more? Don’t we deserve better? I’m tired of being mediocre. Wouldn’t it be nice to idk…compete for championships year in and year out? But for some reason this fan base is satisfied with losing. I’m just tired of it. So…I will continue to refuse to pay money to watch bullshit like this 24/7. And until fans take this stance and start doing the same thing…nothing real is going to change.
