Metallica Coming To Take Over Colorado For Two Live Shows
One of the biggest rock bands on the planet just announced their triumphant return to the state of Colorado, and because it's been nearly a decade since their last stop here, they're giving us two nights of the classics! Metallica is coming...
Metallica Returns Live To Colorado In 2025
If you had a random person on the street name five different rock & roll bands, the first five that come to their mind, I'd be willing to bet that at least half of them would name Metallica. Probably more than half.
When it comes to records sold, and concert tickets purchased over the years, Metallica will forever live in the top three of either of those categories. To many, they are the greatest of all time, and they're coming back to Colorado for two amazing shows next summer.
Metallica M72 World Tour No Repeat Weekend In Denver, Colorado
When Metallica announced their M72 World Tour, fans all over Colorado were bummed to see that Denver was left off of the list. Especially since they've come through here and sold-out Colorado concerts, including shows at Mile High many, many times over the last 40 years.
Turns out, they were saving the best for last as Denver is currently slated to be the final stop on the second leg of their tour in 2025. Friday, June 27th, and Sunday, June 29th, Metallica is coming back to Colorado to take over Empower Field at Mile High.
The shows however will not be the same as it's a "No Repeat Weekend," which means you're going to have to go to both nights or risk missing one of some of your favorite Metallica tunes. Not only will the setlists be different, but the opening acts will change for each night as well.
On Friday, June 27th, Metallica will be joined by Ice Nine Kills and Limp Bizkit. Sunday the 29th, they'll be joined by Suicidal Tendencies and Pantera. Hard to beat those line-ups!
