According to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service, winter weather is expected to continue into this evening in southeast Wyoming.

The agency posted the following on its website:

''Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories continue for parts of extreme southeast Wyoming and much of the Nebraska Panhandle today. Best area for heavy snow looks to be extreme eastern Laramie County and Kimball/Banner Counties in the Nebraska Panhandle. Be careful driving today if you're in the areas covered by warnings or advisories. Roads could be very slick!''
