$5K+ in Tools Stolen From Laramie County Public Works Department
The Laramie County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in putting the hammer down on whoever swiped more than $5,000 worth of tools from the public works department.
Brandon Warner, Community Relations Specialist for the Sheriff's Office, says the burglary occurred in the 4200 block of County Road 222, about seven miles north of Hillsdale.
"Between December 23rd and January 3rd, a trailer was entered and multiple tools were taken to include a Honda 2200 generator," Warner said in a release.
Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at 307-638-TIPS or visit silentwitnesslaramiecounty.com.
Informants will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
