Baseball Size Hail, Isolated Tornadoes Possible In SE Wyoming
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service is warning about the possibility of severe storms in southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle this afternoon and evening.
That's according to a post on the National Weather Service website. The weather map shows Cheyenne at "enhanced risk" of severe weather, while Laramie is in an area classified as at marginal risk.
The agency posted the following on its website:
More severe storms are expected this afternoon and evening. Large hail, damaging winds and an isolated tornado or two are possible. Another round of non-severe storms will be possible again late tonight for both southeast Wyoming and western Nebraska.
