Police entered the home and contacted Meyer's mother, who stated that her son had taken a frying pan and hit their roommate in the head with it.

Police contacted Meyer, who was in the shower, and told him to come outside and talk with them, and when Meyer came outside, he was handcuffed.

Meyer was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center and subsequently charged with two counts of aggravated assault.

Meyer made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court Wednesday morning, during which his bond was set at $5,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Nov. 15 at 2:30 p.m.
