Cheyenne Police Ask for Help Finding 14-Year-Old Runaway

The Cheyenne Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a 14-year-old runaway.
According to a department Facebook post, Moira Fraley was last seen around 10:00 last night, Sept. 13, in the area of 700 W. 24th St.

Fraley is 4-foot-10 and weighs 70 pounds.
Anyone with information about Fraley's immediate whereabouts is asked to call police dispatch at 307-637-6525.
