A Note On Parking

''Parking for Superday at South Lions Park will be limited, particularly in Cheyenne Frontier Days (CFD) Lot B. Attendees are encouraged to plan ahead by utilizing alternative transportation options such as carpooling, biking, or walking when possible. Additional parking may be available in nearby areas, but spaces are expected to fill quickly. Please allow extra time for parking.''

Superday is a long-time Cheyenne tradition, regarded by many residents as the unofficial start of summer.

It historically has been quite popular, drawing large crowds, especially families with children.

In 2019 when city officials considered cancelling the event going forward because of the cost, respondents to a Townsquare Media online poll emphatically opposed the idea, by a margin of 73 percent to 16 percent. The remaining 11 percent said they weren't sure.
