Cheyenne Cop Graduates From Elite Executive Leadership School
The Cheyenne Police Department today announced the recent graduation of Lt. Adam DeBall from the School of Police Staff and Command (SPSC) at Northwestern University Center for Public Safety.
According to Northwestern's website, SPSC is an intensive leadership and management education program that helps prepare experienced law enforcement professionals for success in senior command positions.

"Since its inception in 1983, law enforcement agencies throughout the U.S. and around the globe have recognized the important impact a SPSC education makes on their leadership and management teams," the website reads.
"Through an innovative combination of academic principles with practical applications, the SPSC curriculum zeroes in on such critical command-level content as planning and policies, media relations, organizational behavior, budgeting and resource allocation, human resources, contemporary policing, and more."
Police say DeBall was one of 20 students during a 22-week period.
"SPSC is an elite executive leadership school sought out by law enforcement command staff worldwide," said Chief Mark Francisco.
"The coursework is demanding, and Lt. DeBall’s dedication to completing this program while maintaining his full-time duties with the department is commendable," added Francisco. "We are very proud of his accomplishment."
