The intersection of Cleveland and Pershing will be permanently closed, starting today.

That's according to a news release from the Wyoming Department Of Transportation, which says the closure is to create a new cul-de-sac at the end of Cleveland Avenue.

The work is being done by WYDOT crews along with workers from Aztec Construction and Reiman Corp.

Drivers In The Work Zone Are Being Reminded To Stay Off Of Cell Phones

Drivers are being reminded to obey posted signs as well as flaggers and other traffic controls and to stay off of their cell phones when driving through the work zone.

All WYDOT project schedules are subject to weather conditions and the availability of construction materials.
