It looks like southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle can expect cold weather and almost daily chances for snow showers over the next few days.

That's according to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service.

The agency posted the following on its website:

The weather forecast across southeast Wyoming and Nebraska Panhandle this weekend into next week, is calling for cold temperatures and unsettled weather. Our western mountains stand the best chance for almost daily light snow. Unsettled and cold weather expected to continue into next week. Lower elevations may see snow Wednesday as another cold front moves into the area from the north. Stay warm!

The pronghorn is the second fastest land animal in the world, second only to the cheetah -- and it's worth noting that while the cheetah can spring faster, the pronghorn can sustain it's top speed much farther.
