A 33-year-old Cheyenne transient is facing multiple charges after Laramie County Sheriff's deputies reportedly found drugs in her minivan.

Trespass Call

According to a booking sheet, on Feb. 5 at 1:20 p.m., a deputy was called to the BlackMarket Vape & Smoke at 800 S. Greeley Hwy. for a trespass.

The deputy says the manager had called dispatch about a subject who stole from the store the night prior, advising that the subject had returned and was in a minivan.

Caught Red-Handed

The deputy says when he approached the minivan, he saw the subject, Alyssa Faith Graupensperger, sitting in the driver's seat with white pills in her hand and she appeared to be putting the pills into a glass pipe.

The deputy says he also saw other drug paraphernalia in the minivan, including glass pipes and tin foil.

The deputy says when Graupensperger saw him, she attempted to destroy the pills by placing them into a plastic cup with liquid inside.

Graupensperger was subsequently removed from the minivan and detained, and a K-9 was called to the scene, who alerted on the minivan.

Search Leads to Meth, Fentanyl, and Marijuana

When deputies searched the minivan, they reportedly found 0.3 grams of crystal methamphetamine on the driver’s side floorboard, 18 suspected fentanyl pills in the center console area, 189.3 grams of liquid with 15 pills, 33 pills on and around the driver’s seat, and a misdemeanor amount of marijuana under the driver’s seat.

Warrant

The deputy says Graupensperger also had a misdemeanor warrant out of Laramie County Circuit Court for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Judge Antoinette Williams signed the warrant on Jan. 31.

Graupensperger was arrested and booked into the Laramie County Detention Center on her warrant as well as charges of felony possession of fentanyl and misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.

Bond Set at $10K Cash

Graupensperger was seen in Circuit Court on the felony case on Feb. 11, during which her bond was set at $10,000 cash and her preliminary hearing was scheduled for Feb. 19 at 2:30 p.m.

Please remember that all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
