An 18-year-old Cheyenne man is facing felony charges in connection with an aggravated robbery.

Arrested for DUI

According to a booking sheet, Isaiah Germaine Quincy Allen was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Friday, May 9, after a Laramie County Sheriff's deputy stopped him for driving under 20 mph on East College Drive and smelled alcohol on his breath.

The deputy says Allen blew a .241 on the roadside breath test and a .153 on the intoxicator.

Allen was subsequently booked into the Laramie County Detention Center on a single count of misdemeanor DUI.

Served With Warrant

Then, at 5:15 p.m., inmate Allen was reportedly served with a warrant out of Laramie County Circuit Court signed by Magistrate Caitlin Harper.

The warrant was for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, a felony punishable by not less than five years nor more than 25 years in prison; possession of a deadly weapon with intent, a felony punishable by up to five years in prison, up to a $1,000 fine, or both; and terroristic threats, a felony punishable by up to three years in prison.
