A 23-year-old Cheyenne woman is behind bars after allegedly running her vehicle into an occupied vehicle in south Cheyenne.

According to a booking sheet, Kylee Funmaker was arrested at 1000 E. Prosser Rd. at 7:14 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, after a Laramie County Sheriff's deputy was dispatched to a vehicle accident with a disturbance.

The deputy says both victims stated they were sitting in their vehicle when Funmaker ran her vehicle into them.

Funmaker Arrested for Aggravated Assault

Funmaker was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center on two counts of aggravated assault and battery - attempts to cause, or intentionally or knowingly causes bodily injury to another with a deadly weapon, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Funmaker is scheduled to make her initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge Antoinette Williams on Tuesday, May 20, at 9:45 a.m.
