The Laramie County Sheriff's Office during one of its National Night Out parties Tuesday evening brought out its "Clink-O" game, announcing live on Facebook the addition of four new fugitives to its "Most Wanted" list.

Matthew Campos, who's wanted for felony possession of methamphetamine, was the lucky winner, beating out Ryan Bixler, Justina Lopez, and Ross Maez.

"When you do, we will help you get clean off of the drugs," added Kozak.

Actual Wyoming Laws That are Completely Bonkers

Just like all states in the U.S., Wyoming has its own set of laws. If you dig deep into the Wyoming law book, you will find some real obscure laws you probably didn't even know existed.
