While speaking with Flint, the deputy observed a suspected methamphetamine pipe on the rear floorboard and asked Flint where the rest of the drugs were.

Flint reportedly handed the deputy a cigarette pack with a plastic baggie containing approximately 6.1 grams of suspected methamphetamine inside of it and, after being Mirandized, stated the methamphetamine was his and so was the marijuana.

The deputy searched Flint's pickup and found an additional container with approximately one ounce of marijuana.

Two suspected methamphetamine pipes with a white residue inside and a suspected marijuana pipe with burnt marijuana inside were also seized.

Flint was arrested and subsequently charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Flint made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Monday, Jan. 22, during which his bond was set at $1,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Jan. 29 at 11:00 a.m.
