Officers conducted a high-risk traffic stop and Gilfillan exited the car and was placed in handcuffs.

Police say dispatch confirmed Gilfillan had a felony warrant out of Laramie County for three counts of possession of laboratory equipment or supplies with the intent to engage in a clandestine lab operation.

Circuit Court Judge Thomas Lee signed the warrant on May 21, 2024.

Gilfillan was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center on his warrant and seen in Circuit Court the following afternoon, May 30.

His bond was set at $5,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for June 6 at 2 p.m.
