
Denver Man Facing Felony Drug Charges in Laramie County
A 38-year-old Denver, Colorado man is being held in the Laramie County Detention Center on a $20,000 cash bond after being charged with felony drug crimes.
According to a booking sheet, Francisco Javier Miranda Rodriguez was booked into the jail at 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, after being extradited from Adams County, Colorado.
Felony Warrant
Miranda Rodriguez had a warrant out of Laramie County Circuit Court for felony possession of cocaine, a crime punishable by up to seven years in prison, up to a $15,000 fine, or both, and possession with intent to deliver cocaine, a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison, up to a $25,000 fine, or both.
The crimes are alleged to have occurred on or about April 3.

On Tuesday, July 8, Miranda Rodriguez was seen in Circuit Court in front of Judge Antoinette Williams on the charges.
$20K Cash Bond
Williams continued his bond, which had previously been set at $20,000 cash, and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Friday, July 18, at 9:45 a.m.
