The Laramie County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding whoever stole a generator and thousands of dollars worth of tools from a service truck in southwest Cheyenne.

Public Information Officer Brandon Warner says the theft occurred sometime before Nov. 22, 2023, in the 100 block of Avenue C.

Warner says a Cummins generator valued at $1,300 and $5,300 in Snap-on tools were stolen.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at 307-638-TIPS or visit silentwitnesslaramiecounty.com.

Informants will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
