Laramie County first responders have announced a fundraising spaghetti dinner and auction to raise money for an injured Laramie firefighter.

That's according to a post on the Laramie Fire Department Facebook page.

Dylan Schilt Was Injured Fighting A Structure Fire On Feb. 28

Dylan Schilt was injured on February 28 while fighting a structure fire in the Laramie area. A building collapse injured his spine, leaving him paralyzed. He also suffered a collapsed lung and broken ankle.

As he continues to work to recover from his injuries he faces mounting medical bills.

The fundraiser is scheduled for April 4 from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Station 72 at 410 Horse Creek Road near Cheyenne. All proceeds will go towards paying Dylan Schilt's expenses.
