Larimer County Sheriff Investigating Dead Body Near Highway

The Larimer County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a man whose body was found on a Larimer County highway on Friday.

That's according to a post on the sheriff's office Facebook page.

According to the post, deputies were called out at 5 a.m. on Friday, April 11, to the 17000 Block of West Highway 14, also known as the Poudre Canyon Road, on a report of a dead body.

Investigators processed the scene and are moving ahead with a probe. The name of the victim and how the person died have so far not been released.
