LCSD1 2-Hour Delayed Start Thursday, February 23

Due to predicted winds and hazardous road conditions, the district will start Thursday, February 23 on a two-hour delay.  Students and staff are to arrive two hours after their normal start time and bus routes will run two hours later than normal.  Breakfast service is canceled, only lunch service will be offered. Classes will run with shortened periods and dismissal will occur at the regular time.

We will continue to monitor conditions and will communicate any updates as necessary.


Laramie County Library Closing at 6 p.m. on February 22

LCSD1 Remote Learning Day - Feb. 22, 2023

Due to predicted hazardous weather including a winter storm warning, the district will be activating a remote learning day on Wednesday, February 22. All student instruction will be delivered remotely, and district facilities will not be open for student access. Bus routes will not run, and all activities have been canceled.

Teachers will be offering remote activities and lessons and we ask that students participate to the greatest degree possible. If you have any questions, please reach out to teachers via the Remind application.
