Public’s Help Sought In Locating Missing Wyoming Boy

Rock Springs Police are asking for the public's help in finding a 17-year-old runaway.

That's according to a post on the Rock Springs Police Department's Facebook page.

According to the post, Justin Harsha was last seen on Sunday, November 12, and did not attend school yesterday. He's described as standing 5'9 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds with blonde hair.

When last seen he was reportedly wearing a blue button-up shirt, blue Carhartt, and tan pants. Anyone with information on Justin is being asked to call the Rock Springs Police Department at 307-362-6575 and reference case R23-23184.
