The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service is predicting near-record temperatures for the date in southeast Wyoming today and tomorrow [July 24&25].

Smoky, hazy conditions due to wildfires burning in Canada are expected today and possibly again on Thursday.

The agency posted the following on its website:

''Looking at a hot couple days across the area with near record high temperatures possible. Another hazy and smoky day is expected on Wednesday, and possibly again on Thursday, with mostly dry conditions expected both days.''
