
U.S. Highway 287 South Of Laramie Reopens Following Crash
The Albany County Sheriff's Office says U.S. Highway 287 south of Laramie is open again after being closed because of a crash on Tuesday morning.

That's according to a post on the sheriff's office Facebook page.
At 7:53 a.m. the Wyoming Department of Transportation District 1 Facebook page posted the following: US287: the Colorado State Line - Laramie: Closed BOTH DIRECTIONS due to crash. As of Mar 11 at 07:20, the est open time is unknown.
But at around 11:30 a.m., the Albany County Sheriff's Office said the road had reopened. Although the exact details of the crash were not immediately available, the good news is that only minor injuries were reported, according to the post.
Sheriff's Office: First Responders Do All They Can To Get Traffic Moving
The sheriff's office post also included the following comments "When incidents like this happen, first responders and road crews do everything they can to get traffic moving again, but safety takes time. So next time you find yourself stuck, take a deep breath and remember—we’re working as fast as we can to get you on your way."
