Winds Chills as Low as 30 Below Zero Expected in Cheyenne
Portions of Laramie County, including Cheyenne, could see wind chills as low as 30 below zero tonight.
Wind Chill Advisories remain in effect until 10 a.m. Friday for areas east of the Interstate 25 corridor in southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle.

The National Weather Service in Cheyenne says you'll want to limit the time you spend outdoors and cover all exposed skin, as frostbite and hypothermia will set in quickly.
1/18/2023 3 PM UPDATE: Central/East Laramie County has been added. Cold temperatures combined with increased wind speeds will bring wind chills from -20F to -30F for areas east of the I-25 corridor in southeast Wyoming and for the Nebraska Panhandle. Be sure to limit time spent outdoors and cover all exposed skin. Frostbite and hypothermia will set in quickly!
