A 34-year-old Laramie man is dead after rolling his car west of Laramie Sunday night.

The crash happened around 7:51 p.m. near milepost 305 on Interstate 80.

Wyoming Highway Patrol Sgt. Jeremy Beck says Rudi M. Haskins was headed east when he lost control of his car and rolled it.

Haskins was not wearing his seat belt and died at the scene.

Beck says driver impairment and speed are being investigated as possible contributing factors.

Haskins is the 131st person to die on Wyoming's highways this year.
