An 18-year-old Cheyenne man is facing felony charges after allegedly trying to rob Dell Range Liquors on Oct. 23.

Charging documents allege Noah Brunner entered the store with a stun gun and smashed about $1,500 worth of bottles of liquor.

Witnesses told police that Brunner said he "wanted to rob this place." Brunner also reportedly told the store owner to call the police.

Brunner was arrested and has been charged with attempted robbery and property destruction. If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison.

Brunner is currently being held in the Laramie County Jail on a $5,000 cash bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 3 at 10:30 a.m.
