As a kid, there was one movie that scared me for life. Well, maybe not the movie, but one particular scene from the horror flick called "Ghoulies". If you have seen the movie or the trailer, you know exactly what I am talking about. The infamous toilet scene.  I am pretty sure that scene had me looking in the toilet for a monster for years after seeing it.

Now, if you have a phobia of snakes, this story is sure to make your skin crawl as one man discovered a snake slithering out of a toilet in his Greenwood Village, Colorado hotel room. According to KDVR, Scott Lange was staying at the Best Western Plus Denver Tech Center Hotel in late November when we saw a snake making its way out of the toilet bowl.

It was about a foot out of the toilet when I saw it, and the toilet was closed and it was still trying to come up on out of it.

Lange told KDVR. When Lange told his story to people, they kept asking why he didn't take photos or videos of the incident. "That wasn't my first concern when I see a snake come out of the toilet" Lange replies.

When the hotel was informed about the slithering incident, staff contacted the Greenwood Village Police. Officers were able to grab the waterlogged snake by the tail and take it someplace safe.

Incidents like this one will probably make me look at my toilet bowl differently, much like that old-school horror film, Ghoulies, again. The last thing I ever want to see is a snake coming out of my toilet and I am not scared of snakes.
