The US has been catching a lot of flak from other countries in regards to the strictness of our "stay-at-home" orders. Just look at the parking lot of any given Walmart. Obviously people are not staying home as much as the CDC would like. But, in some countries, it is mandatory you stay in place during the quarantine. Take India for example. They have a strict lockdown policy, and have ways of dealing with folks who dont follow that policy. Think of it as the Indian version of the "Scared Straight" program involving prisoners and kids. Except in this version, police arrest quarantine breakers and throw them into an ambulance that is occupied by a "fake" COVID-19 patient. SAVAGE!
