Monsanto Mine Approved
President Obama has created a new rural council. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack says the council’s goals will include both economic growth as well as improved quality of life for rural Americans. Amy Richards has a report on a new Monsanto co. phosphate mine in southeast Idaho near the Wyoming border winning regulatory approval.
