Senior Larry Nance Jr. and junior Josh Adams were named all-conference Tuesday, as the Mountain West Conference released its' 2015 men's basketball honors.

Nance earned First Team All-Mountain West honors and was named to the league's All-Defensive team for the second straight year. Nance also was selected at the Co-Defensive Player of the Year, sharing the honor with San Diego State's Skylar Spencer. He becomes the first Cowboy to receive two first-team honors since Marcus Bailey.

Nance led Wyoming at 16.7 points, 7.6 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game in MW action. He ranked in the top 10 of seven different MW statistical categories.

Adams was selected Third-team All-MW and earned the first accolade of his career. The junior averaged 12.5 points and a team-high 3.6 assist per game. Adams has scored in double figures a team best 23 times this season.

Boise State senior guard Derrick Marks was chosen as the Player of the Year. The Broncos' Leon Rice was selected Coach of the Year.
