If you had the chance to ask a sitting or former president about UFOs, would you? And what would you expect to hear?

That question came up recently when the former president appeared on the Late Late Show with James Corden. Bandleader Reggie Watts serves up the question:

Obama appears to laugh off the idea of the government having secret locations where they were holding alien ships and alien technology.

He straight up says, "there are things I can't tell you."

The former POTUS said in his video chat that when he came into office, he actually asked. President Obama did add that there is footage and sightings that simply can't be explained.

Pretty standard fare for former presidents talking UFOs.

UFOs and disclosure had been having yet another moment in the sun ahead of a scheduled release of a congressional investigation. The UFO disclosure was tucked into a 2020 COVID relief bill.

The legislation instructs the Director of National Intelligence, within 180 days of the passage of the bill, to report on the findings of the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force, which is operating under the auspices of the Office of Naval Intelligence.

Ahead of the anticipated report, CBS covered the phenomenon recently on two venerable news programs, Sunday Morning and 60 Minutes.
