Peyton Manning will announce his retirement this week, if you want to believe Denver Post columnist Woody Paige. The New York Post says The Denver Broncos have already made their decision and are moving forward with free agents as if the salary cap doesn’t include Manning’s money $18M/ and cap hits. The Post added;

 

“The Broncos quickly quenched that report, with the team’s VP of public relations denying Manning had made a decision.”

 

Peyton, arguably the greatest quarterback of all time, is coming off of the worst season of his career, will turn 40 on March 24 will likely announce his decision this week.

In another NFL note, or not, Tim Tebow hasn’t taken a hike in three years, but in a recent poll, he was voted as the fifth most popular quarterback in the league. Tebow was in the 2015 Philadelphia Eagles training camp but was cut on Sept.5. Well, if nothing else, Tim has a good brand and name recognition. I wish Tim well.
