What's Happening In Cheyenne This Week? Here's A Hint, Beer!

One of my favorite weekends of the year has made it to us, and I am so excited to get out and enjoy the Wyoming Brewers Festival. The brewers are celebrating their 30th year of this awesome festival. Which is wild to think about, considering a lot of the craft beer lifestyle came about within the past 15 years or so. So, it’s really fun to see them celebrate 30 years of the beer festival in Cheyenne.

While I’ve been excited for everything the Wyoming Brewers Festival will bring this weekend, we’ll have more than beer to enjoy this weekend(and week).

Here’s what’s happening in Cheyenne this week.

Fridays On The Plaza

Before we get into the Wyoming Brewers Festival, Fridays On The Plaza returns for more live music on the Downtown Depot Plaza. This week, they’ll feature Shotgun Opera.

Wyoming Brewers Festival

30 years of Wyoming beer. I’m here for it. The fun will kick off Friday at 5pm and go on until 10pm today and they’ll tap kegs at 3pm tomorrow until 7pm. It’s always a fun time and you’re supporting local Wyoming brewers doing what they do best. Make beer.

Cheyenne Youth Rodeo Series

The youngsters will get a chance to show their stuff in some traditional rodeo events at the Archer this weekend. The fun kicks off Saturday at 8am.

The Dead South At The Lincoln

The Lincoln will have String/Bluegrassers The Dead South will hit the stage Sunday night. I saw them a couple years ago at The Lincoln and it was a great sold out show.

Weiner Fest

Black Tooth Brewing is hosting their first ever Wiener Fest this Sunday from noon to 4pm. The fun will include food trucks, best dressed wiener dog and wiener races.

Tuesday Farmers Market

Get your goods and other local products from the Tuesday Farmers Market from the Frontier Mall parking lot. It runs from 3p-6p.

Wiz Kalifa At The Lincoln

The Lincoln is really hitting their stride with back to back great shows in The Dead South and Wiz Kalifa. Wiz will kick off Thursday at 8pm.
