Report: Forest Service Should Use Different Planes To Fight Wildfires [AUDIO]

A new report from the RAND Corp recommends a much different strategy for using airplanes to fight wildfires than the one currently used by the Forest Service.  Wyoming Secretary of state Max Maxfield reminds candidates the deadline for candidates and PACS to file campaign finance reports is August 14th.
