Rocky Mountain Power Reaches Agreement on Rate Increase [AUDIO]

Officials with Rocky Mountain Power have reached a deal with consumer groups on a proposal that would stagger the utilities proposed $50 million dollar rate increase over two years.  Wyoming teens with hardship driver’s licenses could face even more restrictions under a proposal being considered by a legislative committee.
