We're still in season for men's college basketball and the University of Wyoming Cowboys are still red hot this season!   It was a hot game yesterday, Saturday January 3, 2014 as senior Larry Nance and junior Josh Adams took to the court and gave the San Jose State Spartans a run for their money.

However, it didn't come easy. Junior guard Josh Adams scored 20 points and senior Larry Nance Jr. helped out when he added a double-double 18 points with 13 rebounds to win a hard fought game ending with a Cowboy win of 64-59 in San Jose.

UW head coach Larry Shyatt admitted that it was not the prettiest game they've played but said, "It was the first time I've played against someone who holds the ball like us and takes a shot with 10 seconds left in the clock and it was quite a look."

The Cowboys next game is on Wednesday, January 7, 2014 against Colorado State in Colorado. The game will be televised and starts at 7 p.m. (MST) of which the Cowboys go into that game at 13-2.
