When Nick Dodgson and Steve Cooper sat down for a few beverages about a year ago, the subject of doing good things for Cheyenne lead to the idea of doing a full restore on a classic 1966 High Country Special Mustang and selling raffle tickets for $25. The funds would go to 3 local charities, Needs Inc., Safe House and Habitat For Humanity.

A lot of the people helped by these charities are never seen, for obvious reasons, but you can see the impact of a donation on Kate Wright with Habitat For Humanity. This was just one of 3 checks going to help those in need here in Cheyenne.

Thanks to Nick & Brook Dodgson, owners of Midas of Cheyenne and Speedy Lube. For as busy as they are with their business and raising a fine family, they still find time to do so much for our city with this KING Midas Mustang, along with Peppers on The Plaza, The Wyoming Brewers Festival, The Cheyenne Christmas Parade, Casino Night, The Rail Art Show and so much more. We can't thank them enough.

On a personal note, I give my business to those who take care of business AND who make this a better city. I hope you will consider that next time you need auto service. Thanks Nick & Brook, you rock! You can catch Nick The Midas Guy on the air every Saturday morning on our sister station, KGAB.
