Kelley had been traveling on foot, according to the sheriff's office.

Ritthaler was last seen shortly after 12:30 p.m. Thursday getting into a dark-colored vehicle at the Coffee Cup in Moorcroft.

Foul play is not suspected in the death.

Multiple law enforcement agencies have been searching for him.
