Donnie Smith had last been seen on August 20. He was reported missing on August 24.

Three people, including a juvenile, were taken into custody Tuesday following a wild chase near Elk Mountain, the Wyoming Highway Patrol says.

The victim was found dead early Monday inside a white Toyota sedan bearing Nebraska registration.

He did not return home by Sunday evening, and a report was filed with the sheriff's office.

Foul play is not suspected in the death.
