Nine students age 9 – 13 will compete in the FIRST LEGO League Robotics Championship April 18th – 21st in Houston, Texas. You can watch the webcast if you like.

The University of Wyoming Motorsports Club is ramping up their efforts for hands-on experience with a competition in 2019.

Last year’s Magpul Governor’s Match brought in top athletes for bragging rights and $100,000 in prizes and pulled in a sizable group of 150 competitors.

The Wyoming Motorsports club is hoping to use skills learned in the classroom in a real–life, hands on learning situation to build an electric formula race car and enter it in the Society of Automotive Engineers’ Formula Hybrid competition in 2019 in Loudon, New Hampshire.

Woodrow Gamboa and Qingfeng Li will have a chance to meet student scientists from around the world and could win prizes up to $75,000.
