Dad's are a big value in all of our lives. Some dad's succeeded and all, no doubt, have failed. But today is the day that we show our dad's appreciation for being there.

If you're a dad, chances are you're getting some ties, socks and, if you're lucky, a sweet "No. 1 Dad" mug this Sunday. But what do you REALLY want? According to dads on the Internet, the wish list is pretty simple. According to dads on Reddit, here's what they really want this Father's Day:

Father's Day is the year's busiest collect-call day for AT&T. Family traditions are important. Give dear old dad a call today.  

This Father's Day, dad doesn't want a fancy cocktail created by some ironically mustachioed mixologist wearing armbands and smelling of patchouli oil. He wants a man's drink. A drink that's mostly booze.

Good ol' dad. You wouldn't exist if not for him. But that's not all that makes dads great. Let's not forget their penchant for terrible jokes. Combine that with technology, and you've got some text treasures on your hands. Here's just a smattering of ridiculous dad texts to honor dads for Father's Day.
