According to an email from Governor Gordon's office on Friday afternoon, ''Daily new cases have increased from an average of 30 to 64 per day over the past 14 days.''
That rating is being prompted by the fact that Wyoming has seen a spike of 124 new cases in just the last week, a rate that is more than double that of the first week in June.
