Two Cheyenne sex offenders have been charged with felony failure to register as a sex offender following separate arrests by the Laramie County Sheriff's Office.
According to the post, the case started on Wednesday, May 24, when officers were called to Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County on an original report of an assault.
The calf had been separated from its mother when the herd crossed the Lamar River. As the calf struggled, the man pushed the calf up from the river and onto the roadway.
